Fancy Lotus Silver Ring
I have a Fancy Lotus Silver Ring that I absolutely adore. I get compliments all the time and highly recommend purchasing to everyone. A co-worker in Boston, MA purchased pieces for gifts to her wedding party, most recently, an acquaintance at my hair salon purchased a ring for her daughter and I have purchased gifts for family members. I can’t even remember how long I’ve been wearing your products but I purchased the necklace at a street fair in Tucson many, many years ago.
Although I have another point to my email, I’ve always wanted to express my satisfaction with your company and products. Also, everyone I have referred to you has been impressed with your customer service, as have I.
To my next point…My ring is beginning to break. It looks to be significantly cracked but I do not want to inspect it any closer for fear of stressing it more and having it break completely. I truly love my ring and wear it just about everyday. One of my favorite things about it is that I can take my necklace and ring on a business trip with a few coordinating marbles and I don’t have to worry about taking any other pieces.
I would be greatful if you could review my situation and advise the best remedy. [She returned her old ring and got a brand new one]

I just ordered 2 marble lotus rings for my cousins in Colorado, Im having them shipped to their houses in Colorado. How long does it take to ship? We have a family wedding Saturday, I was hoping they would get them maybe on that day or before? I have a feeling you will get more orders once my other family members see the rings. Ive bought 5 rings, Mine and 2 other cousins on the east coast and Colorado cousins.
